Mark Collins was engaged as part of the design, build, finance and maintain Public Private Partnership of the new maximum security facility at Auckland Prison. While the key focus was around the Cook Chill kitchen, input was also provided regarding the planning of a future training kitchen, a staff cafeteria, and a prison run coffee/food counter. Mark was always customer focused and was able to meet all deadlines.
