magic-trickDoes your business allow time for people? I was recently travelling to the USA on Air NZ and I observed an airline attendant named Ralph that had a magical gift. He effortlessly moved through the cabin talking with people as though he already knew them. He stopped at our isle and asked my daughter where she was going and within a minute established she was going to Disney land as part of her 10th Birthday. He talked for a couple more minutes and whilst he was talking made her a beautiful flower for her birthday out of a serviette. An amazing experience created out of nothing more than few minutes of time and genuine interest in people!
